Villa Selenga

Villa Selenga is located in the Islamlar area of ​​Kalkan. We usually host our honeymoon couples in this luxury villa, which is intertwined with nature. Our villa with 2 bedrooms can accommodate 4 people. Villa Selenga is a villa that has been carefully designed to maximize your holiday comfort. Besides this design, it has a magnificent mountain view.

Kitchen : The kitchen of our villa, which has a wooden theme, is one of the kitchen types we call American type. There are all kinds of utensils you may need in the kitchen. In addition to many kitchen equipment such as refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, there are also dinnerware.

Living Room : The living room, which has a wonderful view, has a magnificent sitting group and furniture such as TV, air conditioner and coffee table.

1. Bedroom : There are 2 single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, TV, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom : 1 double bed, jacuzzi, bedside table, TV, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions : It is 9.5 meters X 3.5 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

Note : A short stay fee of 1.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Selenga is 2.500 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The arrival time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
