Villa Seascape is a luxurious holiday villa located in the Kalamar area of Kalkan, just 400 meters from the sea. With 4 bedrooms and a capacity of 8 guests, it’s the perfect getaway for families or groups seeking stunning sea views and top-tier comfort.

The villa features an infinity pool, a separate children’s pool, sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, and a relaxing jacuzzi with a panoramic sea view. Each bedroom is equipped with an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, designed for ultimate relaxation and privacy.

With modern architecture, spacious interiors, and elegant furnishings, Villa Seascape offers a stylish and peaceful retreat within walking distance to the town center and beach.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with technological kitchen equipments, there is a large, spacious and modern designed American kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-stove (built-in), microwave oven, toaster, pans & pots, etc. There are kitchen equipment and a dining set for 12 people.

Hall: In the spacious designed living room with sea and nature views, there is a sofa set, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, air conditioning and a dining table for 8 people. There is an exit from the lounge to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, dresser, wardrobe, make-up table. The room has a toilet and a bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, dresser, wardrobe, make-up table, jacuzzi. It has a toilet and bathroom.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, dresser, wardrobe, make-up table. It has a toilet and bathroom.

4th Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe in the room. It has a toilet and bathroom.

Pool dimensions: 9.5 meters x 3.5 meters wide, 1.65 meters deep.

Note : A short stay fee of 10.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Pet fee is 15,000 TL. Maximum 1 pet is accepted. (Small and medium breed)

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for the villa is 20.000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
