Villa Sea Garden is a private holiday villa located in the Gökseki region of Kaş, offering stunning sea views. With three bedrooms and accommodation for up to 6 guests, the villa is ideal for families and groups of friends seeking comfort and relaxation.

The villa features a modern interior design, creating a bright and peaceful atmosphere to help you unwind from the stress of everyday life. In the garden, guests can enjoy barbecue evenings or romantic dinners by the pool, as well as breakfast with breathtaking views of the sea and Meis Island, visible from all rooms.

Villa Sea Garden is thoughtfully designed for all guests, offering two baby cots for families with infants and disabled-friendly access and shower facilities. The garden also includes a jacuzzi, a seating area, and a swing, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy unforgettable moments in Kaş.

Living Room: The elegant and modern living room has a magnificent sea view, and there is a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, sound system, and air conditioning. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:  The bright and spacious American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

1. Bedroom: The room has a double bed, nightstand, air conditioner, vanity table, wardrobe, table and chair, jacuzzi, air conditioning. There is a bathroom and sink in the room.

2. Bedroom: There is a double bed, bedside table, table and chair, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioner in the room. There is a bathroom and sink in the room.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, table and chair, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioner. There is a bathroom and sink in the room.

Pool Dimensions: It is 10 meters x 8 meters wide, 1.60 meters and infinity pool.

Note: A short stay fee of 5,000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Sea Garden is 25.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
