Villa Saye is a 2-bedroom villa for rent with a garden for 4 people, with stone and wooden architecture, located in Kalkan Sarıbelen Region. The interior of Villa Saye has been designed in a modern way, has a large and spacious garden and a playground for children. It is an ideal option for honeymooners and nuclear families.

Living Room: The living room of Villa Saye has a view of the pool and is air-conditioned. There is a TV, satellite receiver, sitting group, dining table and chairs and terrace in the living room. There is an exit from the living room to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: Villa Saye has a modern American kitchen furnished with the latest technology kitchen appliances. In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, refrigerator, 4-burner stove, oven, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, pots and pans, dinnerware for 6 people, cutlery, tea, coffee and water glasses.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double king size bed, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, bathroom and toilet in the room. There is also a jacuzzi in the room. There is an exit to the pool terrace.
2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a nightstand, a wardrobe and a make-up table. The room has a bathroom, toilet and air conditioning. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

Each bedroom has clean bedding, linens and fresh towels.

Pool Dimensions:

It is 14 meters X 4 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

Children's Pool Dimensions:

It is 1.5 meters X 2 meters wide and 0.30 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 2000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

The last 400 meters of the road leading to the villa is a gravel road (not asphalt).

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Saye is 5,000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The arrival time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
