Villa Şato is a luxurious 4-bedroom villa accommodating up to 8 people, located in the Akbel area of ​​Kalkan, boasting a convenient location close to the center and unparalleled panoramic sea views.

This exclusive villa features two swimming pools. A large pool is located on the lower level, and a second pool with a private terrace is on the upper level. Both pools are secluded, making them ideal for conservative families and those seeking a private holiday. Additionally, the bedroom with a jacuzzi offers unparalleled comfort overlooking the view.

With its modern design, tasteful decor, and comfortable furnishings, it provides an unforgettable holiday experience for large families and groups of friends.

Living Room: Designed specifically for your comfort and decorated with carefully selected materials, this modern living room includes a seating area, coffee table, TV, satellite receiver, internet access, and air conditioning.

Kitchen: The spacious and modern American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, microwave oven, built-in four-burner hob, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, pans, pots, cutlery.

Bedroom 1: Suite room, 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, jacuzzi.

Pool Dimensions:

18 meters x 5 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Indoor Pool: 6 meters x 2.5 meters wide, 1 meter deep. Heating of the indoor pool is available for a daily fee of 2,000 TL.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 5,000 TL applies for stays shorter than 7 nights.

• An extra 2,000 TL per day applies for pool heating.

• Pet fee is 3,000 TL. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Şato is 10,000 TL. The damage deposit is collected before your arrival at the villa and refunded upon departure. The deposit refund conditions apply if there is no damage, loss, or breakage of any items in the villa during your stay. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros, equivalent to the deposit amount, based on current exchange rates.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Each villa has a check-in time of 4 PM and a check-out time of 10 AM for new guests. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our next guests. Villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will share location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
