Villa Şato

The Villa Şato is ideal for a large family or a holiday with good friends. It is one of our privacy protected villas where you can enjoy your privacy undisturbed.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 people and can impress with a fantastic view of the bay of Kalkan. It is located in Kalkan Akbel, is quiet, but not secluded.

The accommodation is furnished in a cozy style and the ceiling-high windows maximise the magnificent views in every room.
The large 18m x 5m swimming pool is 1.50m deep and is located at the front of the villa. It faces south and offers a stunning view of Kalkan Bay and the islands behind. The second swimming pool measures 6m x 2.5m and is 90cm deep. Comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas invite you to relax.

The outside area is closed for curious views from outside and has a shady dining area.

In the open living, dining and kitchen area you will find many comfortable seating options, flat-screen TV, Internet, WiFi and air conditioning.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and stove, a large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher etc..

The centre of Kalkan is only a few minutes by car or 20 minutes walk away. Due to the exposed location of the villa the way back uphill is a bit difficult.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, air conditioning, chest of drawers, dressing table, wardrobe, bathroom, Jacuzzi.
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, air conditioning, chest of drawers, dressing table, wardrobe, bathroom.
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, air conditioning, chest of drawers, dressing table, wardrobe, bathroom.
Bedroom 4: 2 single beds, air conditioning, chest of drawers, dressing table, wardrobe, bathroom.

Pool dimensions: 18 Meters X 5 Meters It is 1.50 Meters Depth.
Children’s Pool: 6 meters X 2,5 meters 1Met depth. If desired, the indoor pool can be heated for a fee of 1.000 TL per day.

NOTE :

A short stay fee of 2.750 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

An extra 1.000 TL per day is requested for pool heating.

• Pet fee is 1500 TL. Maximum 1 pet is allowed.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 5.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
