Villa Salkim
Villa Salkım is located in Kalkan İslamlar Region. Our villa was built with sheltered stone architecture and has an appearance compatible with the natural beauties of the region. With its 1 bedroom and accommodation capacity for 2 people, it is ideal for honeymoon couples and families of two. The pool in the garden is a perfect option to cool off during the hot hours of the day. There are sun loungers, umbrellas and a seating area in the garden. You can also relax by swinging in the hammock in the garden or read a book after enjoying the sun.

Kitchen:  The American kitchen, where you can enjoy cooking by feeling like you are in your home kitchen, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, stove, oven, dining table and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The bright and spacious living room with its autonomous appearance includes a comfortable seating group, television, TV unit, coffee table, air conditioning and wireless internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. You can enjoy the jacuzzi before going to bed and have a good sleep.

Pool Dimensions: 7.5 meters x 3 meters wide, 1.40 meters deep.

Note: For rentals shorter than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 1,000 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa Salkım is 2,500 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
