Villa Salkım is located in Üzümlü Village of Kalkan, in a quiet and peaceful area surrounded by nature. The villa has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate a total of 4 people. Thanks to its sheltered private pool, it offers guests a safe and private holiday experience.

With its modern decor and comfortable interior design, it offers the comfort of home. The garden includes a barbecue area, dining table, and seating area. A playpen is available for families with babies.

With its quiet and peaceful atmosphere, it is suitable for holidays all year round. It is an ideal choice for small families and groups of friends.

Kitchen: It has a fully equipped modern American kitchen including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave oven, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: It has a spacious living room with a view, designed for your comfort. This spacious living room features a luxurious seating group, TV, air conditioning, coffee table, and DVD player. There is access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: One double bed, balcony, wardrobe, bedside table, jacuzzi, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Children’s Pool Dimensions: 1 meter x 1 meter wide, 0.60 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 4,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Salkım Üzümlü is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be refunded to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or car rentals can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants provide location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
