The pool and pool terrace are completely protected so that they cannot be seen from the outside. You can have peaceful moments in a secluded area, only for you.

The villa has an indoor and heated pool that can be used in all seasons. In addition, a modern and comfortable jacuzzi makes your romantic moments even more special.

Surrounded by pine trees, olive groves and vineyards, this unique villa also has a distant sea view. Thanks to its location integrated with nature, it offers the opportunity to completely purify and renew.

The villa has facilities such as an outdoor parking lot, barbecue area and a shaded extended pool terrace. Thanks to these details, your comfort and pleasure are kept at the forefront throughout your holiday.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which captures modernity with its white cabinets, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table for 4 people, dinner set and cooking utensils.

Living Room: Designed with nature view and modern items, the living room has a seating group, coffee table, television, satellite receiver and internet. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, jacuzzi, nightstand bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 3 meters wide and 1.55 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 3 meters x 3.5 meters wide and 1.20 meters deep.

NOTE: For accommodations under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 2,000 TL is requested.

Indoor pool heating system is included in the price between November 1 - April 30. In other months, 1,500 TL is requested per day for the period when pool heating is requested.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Şakşuka is 3,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be allocated back to you when you check out. According to the terms of your deposit return, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
