Kitchen: Our villa’s spacious American-style kitchen will make you feel like you’re in your own home. The kitchen also includes air conditioning, a dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, bread toaster, kettle, oven, 4-burner hob, and a large dining table for 4 people, along with pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils.

Living Room: The living room of Villa Sakız welcomes you with a stylish seating group, air conditioning, television, internet, satellite TV, armchairs, and a coffee table, creating a spacious and airy atmosphere. There is direct access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom: Features one double bed, an indoor pool, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom, and sink.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 3 meters, 1.55 cm deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 3 meters x 2 meters, 1.00 meter deep.

Note: A short-stay fee of 3,500 TL applies for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Indoor pool heating fee is 1,300 TL per day.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Sakız is 4,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be refunded to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or car rentals can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants provide location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
