Villa Rudi

Villa Rudi is located in the tranquil Islamlar area of Kalkan, nestled in nature. Its pool terrace and garden are surrounded by fences, making it a perfect choice for conservative families and honeymoon couples seeking privacy.

There is also a children’s pool for younger guests, and the front part of the main pool can be made private using a curtain system. The interior is tastefully decorated with modern and comfortable furnishings, and the pergola area with a barbecue and dining table is ideal for evening meals.

Villa Rudi offers peace, comfort, and privacy — an ideal holiday getaway for small families and couples.

The stabilized road from the main road to our villa was constructed as concrete. However, there is a 100 - 150 meter gravel road.

Kitchen: In the American kitchen section, it offers electric oven, electric kettle, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave oven, large refrigerator and washing machine.

Living Room: In the modern and comfortable living room, there is a dining table for 4 people, a sitting group and an LCD TV.

1st Bedroom: 1 Double Bed, Air Condition, Wardrobe, Jacuzzi, Dresser, TV, Make-up Table, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 2 Single Beds, Air Condition, Wardrobe, Dresser, TV, Make-up Table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: Width - 5 m | Length - 12 m | Depth - 1.70 cm

Garden: Sun loungers, dining table, barbecue, outdoor furniture, table football, sun umbrellas, private swimming pool.

Maintenance: Pool and garden maintenance in our villa is carried out once a day, in the morning or evening, by the staff who look at the villa.

NOTE : For accommodation of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 4000 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Rudi is 5.000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be returned when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
