Villa Royal Merchant is located in Kalkan Kızıltaş and was transformed into a simple and elegant villa with a major renovation in 2021. It is a pleasant villa designed with modern and minimal lines. There are sun loungers, sitting group, dining table and chairs, BBQ area on the pool terrace with sea view. Villa Royal Merchant design consists of 4 floors, with 2 bedrooms in the basement, living room and kitchen on the pool floor, two bedrooms on the first floor and 1 bedroom on the terrace floor. It has double jacuzzis, one on the first floor and one on the terrace floor. It includes a pool table, treadmill, pull-up stand and dumbbell set to offer you the perfect holiday opportunity.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric kettle, 4-burner stove, dinnerware for 10 people, pans, pots, cutlery.

Living Room: Sitting group, satellite TV (LCD), air conditioner, dining table, sink and toilet, exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: In the bedroom on the basement floor, there is 1 double bed, air conditioning, make-up table, wardrobe, dresser, bathroom and toilet.

2.Bedroom: In the bedroom located on the basement floor, there are 2 single beds (can be combined), air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

3. Bedroom: The bedroom on the first floor has 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioner, make-up table, bedside table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

4.Bedroom: In the bedroom located on the first floor, there is 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

5.Bedroom: The bedroom on the terrace floor has 1 double bed, nightstand, air conditioner, make-up table, wardrobe, jacuzzi, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters X 5 meters, 1.55 meters deep.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 7,000 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: Deposit fee requested for Villa Royal Merchant is 5.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
