Villa Royal Life 1 is a rental villa with 3 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 6 people, located in nature in a slightly advanced location of Kalkan Kördere Ordu Region. The interior is designed with modern and wooden details and includes 2 double beds, 2 single beds and 1 jacuzzi. Villa Royal Life 1's pool terrace overlooks the sea with nature views and is equipped with a swimming pool, swing, garden furniture, camellia and barbecue area. Offering an ideal holiday opportunity for your family and groups of friends, this villa also provides the opportunity to rent the other twin buildings, Villa Royal Life 2 and Villa Royal Life 3, together for large families or groups of friends when there is calendar availability. The last 150 meters of the road leading to the villas is a steep slope.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which is similar to the kitchen at home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room has a modern and luxurious design and includes a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa Royal Life 1 is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
