Villa Royal Akbel is a 1-bedroom villa for rent in the nature, located in Kalkan Akbel Region, with a capacity of 2 people. The interior of our villa has been designed in a modern and comfortable way and has been made ready for you. The pool terrace of our villa is sheltered and there is a jacuzzi, cinema room, pool table and it is an ideal option for you.

Kitchen: The fully equipped modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave oven, water dispenser, electric kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses.

Living Room: The living room with a view, designed for your comfort, includes a seating group, TV, air conditioner, coffee table, wifi. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, make-up table, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet .

It is 9 meters X 4 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE : A short stay fee of 1.100 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: For Villa Royal Akbel, a damage deposit of 2.000 TL is taken before check-in. This damage deposit is returned to you after you leave the villa. The purpose of the damage deposit is to provide preliminary assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss and loss. Your payment, instead of 2.000 TL; It is possible to pay in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guests can check-in as of 16:00 in the afternoon. Our guests who are going to check out should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our special cleaning team is entering the villa with the departure of our current guest. From the check-out at 10:00 to the new entrance to be made at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned specially for our new guest.

Transportation : Since our villas are completely detached villas, public transportation service cannot be provided. For our guests arriving by air, the nearest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport, please take this into consideration when purchasing your tickets. Our guests who request paid services for paid transfer or car rental can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who will come by land and with their own vehicles, location transfer and directions are requested by us.
