Villa Rosso, 4 bedroom rental villa located in Kalkan Kördere Region, hosting a magnificent sea and nature view, Villa Rosso appeals to crowded families and groups of friends on its large pool terrace. It has a spacious and comfortable design with modern items. There is a jacuzzi in both bedrooms.

2nd Bedroom: One double bed, one single bed, air conditioning, dresser, wardrobe, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: One double bed, air conditioning, dresser, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

4th Bedroom: Two single beds, air conditioning, dresser, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet are shared.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

NOTE : A short stay fee of 4.000 TL is requested for accommodation of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Rosso is 5.000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, lost or broken items in the villa during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning in each villa. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready at 16:00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
