Villa Romantik

Villa Romantik is one of our honeymoon villas with 1 bedroom and 2 person accommodation capacity, located in Fırnaz Bay of Kalkan. Stone and wood materials have been used architecturally, and it has an architectural structure that fascinates itself. There is a large pool terrace and you will enjoy the sea and nature to the fullest with the infinity pool on this pool terrace. The bedroom also has a jacuzzi.

Kitchen : It has a modern American-style kitchen. In this modern American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, oven, 4-burner stove, kettle, dinnerware for 4 people, pans, pots, cutlery, and cutlery.

Living Room : In this living room, where you can sit comfortably, there is a luxurious sitting group, coffee table, TV, TV unit, air conditioning and an exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom : There is 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions : 7 meters X 3 meters, 1.55 meters deep.

Note : A short stay fee of 4.000 TL is required for accommodation of less than 7 nights.

There are 50 steps of stairs from the car park to our villa.

Since there is no electricity network in the area where our villa is located, our energy is produced by solar panels, for this reason air conditioning use is limited to 15 hours per day.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Romantik is 4.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
