Villa Reis Duo is a charming honeymoon villa located in Kalkan’s Sarnıçbaşı area, offering a breathtaking sea and nature view. With 2 bedrooms and a capacity for 4 guests, the villa is perfect for honeymooners and small families.

Thanks to its elevated position, you can enjoy panoramic bird’s-eye views of the entire Kalkan region throughout the day. Thoughtfully designed and decorated for maximum comfort, Villa Reis Duo features a jacuzzi, and outside, a private swimming pool, sun loungers, a seating area, dining table, and a BBQ area. It’s an ideal escape for those seeking both luxury and privacy in a natural setting.

Kitchen: The modern and fully designed American kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kitchen utensils and a dining table.

Living Room: There is a modern and comfortable seating group, TV, air conditioning and internet in the living room, where you can have a peaceful and enjoyable time with its unique nature and sea view.
 

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom, toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions:

It is 8 meters x 4 meters wide and 1.55 meters deep.

Note: For rentals under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 4.000 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa Reis Duo is 5000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
