Villa Reiner is a 2-bedroom villa located in Kalkan Patara, surrounded by nature and offering partial sea views. This villa offers an excellent choice for both small families and honeymoon couples with its accommodation capacity for 4 people. Jacuzzis in both bedrooms provide guests with a luxurious and comfortable experience, making Villa Reiner especially ideal for special occasions or relaxation. The American kitchen design of the villa is equipped with all the equipment you need, and the lounge designed with comfortable furniture offers an environment that is as comfortable as your home. The sheltered structure of the pool terrace provides an additional advantage for guests seeking privacy. Also available is the option to rent it together with its adjacent villa, Villa Reiner Duo, which could be ideal for larger groups or two families. This way, larger groups or multiple families can vacation together but still have their own private space. Villa Reiner is a great option for those who want to spend a holiday that is both comfortable and surrounded by nature.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which is similar to the kitchen at home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room has a modern and luxurious design and includes a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 7 meters x 3.5 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 3000 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa Reiner is 3,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
