Villa Real

Villa Real, our 2-bedroom villa with an accommodation capacity of 4 people, located in the Kalkan Üzümlü Region, with a uniquely beautiful nature view, is sheltered. Due to its sheltered nature, it is ideal for nuclear families and honeymoon couples. In the garden of our villa with a view, there is a pool, a barbecue, and a dining table where you can enjoy the view. There is a jacuzzi in the bedroom of our villa.

Kitchen :  The fully designed, spacious American kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, kettle, dining table and cooking utensils.

Living Room :  There is a luxurious and comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, air conditioner and coffee table in the living room with nature and sea views. There is an exit from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom : There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bath and toilet .

2. Bedroom : There are two single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand, air conditioning, a bathroom and a toilet.

Pool Dimensions : 8 meters X 4 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Heated Pool Dimension : 3 Meters X 2 Meters wide.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 3.000 TL is required.

Pool Heating Fee is an extra 1500 TL per day.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Real is 5.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
