Villa Ray, Located in Kalkan Kördere region, our villa with magnificent nature and sea views has a 3-bedroom accommodation capacity for 6 people. In the scenic garden of our villa, there is a pool, sun loungers, a sitting corner, a dining table where you can dine with the view, and a barbecue. Villa Ray is ideal for our guests who want to spend a quiet holiday away from the noise of the city.

Kitchen : The modern designed American kitchen, where you will feel like you are in the kitchen of your home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room : There is a comfortable seating group, TV, internet and air conditioning in the living room with a magnificent view. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: Double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, vanity table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet are for common use.

3. Bedroom: 2 single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet are for common use

Pool Dimensions : 8 meters X 3.5 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Note : A short stay fee of 1.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Ray is 2.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
