Villa Premium

Villa Premium is a luxury rental villa with 7 bedrooms and a capacity of 14 people, located in Kalkan Kızıltaş. Ideal for large groups, the villa is a 5-minute walk from the city center. Accompanying panoramic views, Villa Premium offers billiards and table tennis. You can watch unique views from every bedroom of the villa.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen, which has been carefully decorated, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, water dispenser, 4 built-in cooker, oven, microwave, bar counter, dining table and all kitchen utensils.

Living Room: The living room, which is comfortable and designed according to your needs, includes a seating group, air conditioning, TV, satellite, internet, fireplace and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 12 meters X 4 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Shallow Pool Dimensions: It is 2 meters X 4 meters wide and 0.25 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 100 GBP is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Premium is 300 GBP. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
