Villa Porthos Saribelen

Villa Porthos Sarıbelen is a 1-bedroom villa for rent in the nature, located in the Kalkan Sarıbelen Region, with a capacity of 2 people. The interior of our villa is designed in a modern and comfortable way, and at the same time, it provides an ideal holiday opportunity for honeymoon couples or families of 2 with its pool terrace and garden shelter.

Living Room: The living room, which has been designed with simple touches, has a TV, coffee table and air conditioning. There is also an exit to the pool terrace from the lounge.

Kitchen: All equipment is available for you to cook your meals in the American kitchen, which has modern touches. All kitchen needs such as refrigerator, oven, stove, water dispenser, toaster are at your fingertips.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: It is 7 meters X 4 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 1250 TL is required for accommodation of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit fee for Villa Porthos Sarıbelen is 2.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
