Villa Platos

Villa Platos is a luxury villa located in Kalkan Kızıltaş district, within walking distance to the city center and shopping centers. It offers a holiday opportunity to your family or groups of friends with its calm location accompanied by the sea view.

Hall: The living room is on the ground floor where the pool terrace is located. There are 6-person dining table and chairs, a flat-screen television media unit, comfortable lounge seating and other furniture in the living room and dining area. There is also a cloakroom on this floor. A glass facade brings the view of the living room and lots of natural light into the room.

Kitchen: There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-stove (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, pans & pots etc. kitchen equipment and 8-person dining set are available.

1st Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, air conditioning and bathroom. The room has a balcony with sea and shield views.

2nd Bedroom: The room has a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, vanity table, air conditioning and bathroom. There is a balcony with sea and Kalkan views.

3rd Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, air conditioning and bathroom. The room has a balcony with sea and shield views.

4th Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, air conditioning and bathroom.

5th Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, air conditioning and bathroom.

Pool dimensions are:  11 meters x 4 meters 1.40 depth.

Note : There is a request for a short stay fee of 6.000 TL for accommodation under 7 Nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Platos is 10.000 TL . Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be returned when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
