Villa Pırıltı, located in Kalkan Üzümlü Region, which allows you to see the greenery of Kalkan Üzümlü from a distinguished angle, has 3 bedrooms and a capacity of 6 people and is quite suitable for large groups of friends and large families. It is meticulously decorated with modern and luxurious items, and all details have been considered. It is among the most suitable choices for our guests who want to take their holiday pleasure to the highest level. In addition, there is an indoor swimming pool in our villa. When you go outside from Villa Pırıltı, you are greeted by a large pool terrace. The terrace of our villa has nature and sea views and there are sun loungers, a dining table and a barbecue. If you are looking for a summer holiday away from the city where you can enjoy the fresh air, Villa Pırıltı is ready for you.

Kitchen : The fully equipped American kitchen, where you can prepare your meals with pleasure as if you were in your home kitchen, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, toaster, kettle, Turkish coffee machine, dinnerware, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils.

Living Room : The modern designed living room, dominated by gray color tones, has a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, coffee table and air conditioner. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom : There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bath and toilet .

2. Bedroom : There are two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions : 9 meters X 4 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 4.50 Meters X 3.20 Meters, 1.50 Meters deep.

Note : A cleaning fee of 4.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Pırıltı is 4.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
