Villa Pine, located in the Kalkan Patara region, which attracts attention with its modern interior architecture, has 1 bedroom and an accommodation capacity for 2 people. In the garden of our villa, which has been sheltered with high walls, there is a pool, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a seating corner, a swing, a dining table and a barbecue area where you can cool off and have fun when you are overwhelmed by the summer heat. Thanks to its sheltered location, Villa Pine is ideal for conservative nuclear families and honeymoon couples. There is a jacuzzi in our tastefully furnished villa, where wood and modernity come together. Kitchen: The fully designed American kitchen, where you will feel like you are in the kitchen of your home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living room:  The bright and spacious living room with a modern design includes a comfortable and luxurious seating group, TV and air conditioning. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

 

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, hair dryer, television, air conditioning, jacuzzi. The room has a bathroom and toilet.

Note: For rentals shorter than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 1,200 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa Pine is 2,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
