Villa Pınar Kördere is a 4-bedroom rental villa with a capacity of 8 people, located in the nature of Kalkan Kördere Ordu Region. The interior of Villa Pınar Kördere has a modern and comfortable design, with 3 double beds, 2 single beds, a jacuzzi and each room has its own bathroom. Villa Pınar Kördere's pool terrace and mini garden provide an ideal holiday opportunity for families of 8 people or groups of friends with their sheltered swings, barbecue area, seating area and private swimming pool.

Kitchen: The fully equipped modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: Designed for your comfort, the living room with a view has a seating area, TV, air conditioning, coffee table and DVD player. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 2,000 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Pınar Kördere is 5,000 TL. The damage deposit is collected before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the deposit return conditions, there should be no damage, loss, lost or broken items in the villa during the use period. You can make your payment in American Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros, based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our newly arrived guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
