Villa Piker House, our 2-bedroom villa located in Kalkan Çayköy Region, is located in nature and is among the conservative villa options. Our colorfully designed villa also has a pool terrace.Our villa, where you can have a pleasant time with your family and friends, has a jacuzzi in both bedrooms and on the pool terrace. Our colorful villa has a large and spacious pool terrace, as well as activities such as a children’s playground, table tennis and a projection system.

Kitchen: In the modern American style, spacious and bright kitchen, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric kettle, 4-burner stove, dinnerware, pans, pots, forks and knives.

Living Room: The living room section of our villa, which attracts attention with its large and colorful design, is very enjoyable. In the living room section; There is a comfortable seating area, satellite TV (LCD), air conditioning, dining table, sink and toilet.

1st Bedroom: The room has a double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, TV, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: The room has two single beds, bedside tables, air conditioning, TV, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 Meters x 3 Meters wide, 1.55 Meters deep.

NOTE: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 2,500 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Piker House is 3,000 TL. The damage deposit is collected before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the deposit return conditions, there should be no damage, loss, lost or broken items in the villa during the use. You can make your payment in American Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros, based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
