Villa Pierre is a romantic holiday villa located in the peaceful İslamlar region of Kalkan, surrounded by nature. With 1 bedroom and accommodation for 2 guests, it is perfect for honeymoon couples.

The villa features a secluded garden with a private swimming pool, sun loungers, seating area, dining table, barbecue, and foosball—ideal for relaxing and enjoying your stay.

The bedroom, designed with stone and wood architecture, includes a jacuzzi, adding a romantic and comfortable touch to your holiday.

Kitchen: There is an American-style kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, oven, 4-burner stove, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, dinnerware for 4 people, pans, pots, cutlery, and cutlery.

Living Room: Modern sitting group, coffee table, TV, TV unit, air conditioner and exit to the pool terrace.

Bedroom : There is 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. Access to the pool terrace is possible.

Pool Dimensions: Width - 4 m | Length - 7 m | Depth - 1.55 cm

Garden : There are sun loungers, dining table for 2 people, barbecue, table football, private swimming pool.

NOTE :  A short stay fee of 3.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Maintenance: The maintenance of the pool and garden in our villa is done once a day, in the morning or in the evening, by the officers who take care of the villa.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Pierre is 3.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
