Kitchen: The fully equipped modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, dining table for 4 people, dinnerware, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Living Room: Villa Manolya Islamlar, where you can watch the nature view, has a comfortable seating group, TV, coffee table and air conditioning in its living room. There is access to the pool terrace from the living room.

Bedroom 1: There is a double bed, nightstand and air conditioning. There is a private jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. There is access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 2: There are two single beds, nightstand and air conditioning. There is a private bathroom and toilet. There is access to the pool terrace.

Pool Dimensions

11 meters x 4 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: A short stay fee of 3.000 TL is requested for accommodations under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit amount for Villa Pierre Duo is 3.000 TL. This amount will be allocated to you before your check-in and will be re-allocated to you when you check-out. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the amount of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important for you to leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who use private vehicles.
