Our one-bedroom, one-bathroom villa stands out with its modern design and comfortable layout. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, and meticulously crafted décor.

The villa also features a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish living area, and a private pool surrounded by nature. The pool area is secluded from outside eyes, providing complete privacy.

You can sip your morning coffee on the villa’s spacious veranda and enjoy a delightful dinner in the evening, accompanied by the city lights. The fresh air, birdsong, and peaceful atmosphere will ensure a stress-free, rejuvenating holiday.

Villa Phuket is also just a few minutes’ drive from Kalkan city center and the sea. This allows you to easily access social areas such as restaurants, cafes, markets, and the beach, allowing you to enjoy both the tranquility and the city life.

Kitchen: The fully equipped American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, dinnerware, and cooking utensils. You can enjoy preparing your meals in Villa Riny Mia’s kitchen.

Living Room: The modern living room, featuring wooden architecture, features comfortable seating, a TV, and air conditioning. The living room has access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, TV, bathroom, and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 7 meters x 3 meters, 1.60 meters deep.

NOTE: A 3,500 TL short-stay fee is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Phuket is 4,000 TL. This fee will be collected before your check-in and will be refunded upon departure. According to the deposit refund policy, the villa must be free of any broken, damaged, or missing items during your stay. Otherwise, we will deduct the cost of any damage, broken, or missing items from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros, based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. It’s important that you leave your room on time so our dedicated cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for the next guests. New guests are delivered to their villas ready at 2:00 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation is not available. Guests who wish to arrange a paid transfer or rent a car can contact our sales consultants for assistance. For guests traveling by air, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants can provide location information and directions for guests traveling by car.
