Villa Petra

Villa Petra is a honeymoon villa with a private pool and a nature view, located in the peaceful Islamlar region of Kalkan. This special villa, which prioritizes tranquility and privacy, is carefully designed to offer honeymoon couples an unforgettable holiday experience.

Our one-bedroom villa has a double bed, private bathroom, jacuzzi and air conditioning. The spacious living room area has a fully equipped kitchen, seating area, TV and air conditioning. You can add pleasure and entertainment to your holiday thanks to the extra facilities offered by our villa such as sauna, chess and backgammon.

Villa Petra awaits you for a romantic and comfortable honeymoon holiday, alone with nature.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which will not miss the kitchen of your home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room, which has a modern and luxurious design, has a comfortable seating area, TV, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, nightstand, dressing table, jacuzzi, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 3 meters, 1.50 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 1,500 TL is requested for stays under 7 nights.

The building where our villa is located consists of 2 floors. The host stays on the first floor for pool maintenance. Villa Petra is located on the second floor. The entrances are independent from each other. There are 15 steps at the entrance to our villa.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Petra is 3,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be allocated back to you when you leave. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, breakage or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time is determined as 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning in each villa. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
