The kitchen section has a modern and stylish design and has all the kitchen utensils you need. Many kitchen appliances such as refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven and dinnerware offer all the facilities you need during your holiday.

The living room section offers a comfortable and spacious seating area. Our guests can sit on comfortable armchairs and benefit from facilities such as TV, coffee table and air conditioning. There is also direct access to the pool terrace from the lounge area.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, nightstand, air conditioner, indoor swimming pool, sauna, bathroom and toilet in the room.

2. Bedroom: There is one double bed, one single bed, bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet in the room.

Pool Dimensions: 12 meters X 4 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

Children's Pool Dimensions: 3 meters X 3 meters wide, 0.85 meters deep.

Note : A short stay fee of 2.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Pool heating fee is 2.000 TL per week.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Fairy Tale is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
