The modern American kitchen is equipped with all the equipment you may need during your holiday and awaits you with its spacious living room designed with comfortable furniture.

In order to make your holiday even more enjoyable, the villa also has exclusive facilities such as a fitness room and a playground. Kitchen: The American kitchen, which will be just like your home kitchen, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room, which has a modern and luxurious design, includes a comfortable seating group, TV, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 Meters X 4.10 Meters, 1.50 Meters deep.

Shallow Pool Dimensions: 5 Meters X 2 Meters, 0.60 Meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 5 Meters X 2 Meters, 0.60 Meters deep. (heating system not available)

Note: A short stay fee of 5,000 TL is requested for stays under 7 nights.

A minimum of 5 nights rental is accepted in May - October. A minimum of 7 nights rental is accepted in June - July - August - September.

There is a 6-person jacuzzi with heating on the Terrace Floor of our Villa and if heating is requested, a weekly fee of 4,000 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Pelit is 10,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be allocated back to you when you leave. According to the terms of your deposit refund, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or have a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air travel is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
