Kitchen: You can find all the kitchen utensils you are looking for in the kitchen of the villa, which has an American-style kitchen., refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, oven, 4-burner stove, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, dinner set for 8 people, pans, pots, forks and knives.

Living Room: There is a modern seating group, coffee table, TV, TV unit, air conditioning and an exit to the pool terrace in the comfortable living room.

1st Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning and bathroom. 

2nd Bedroom: Two single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning and bathroom. 

3rd Bedroom: Two single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning and bathroom. 

4. Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning and bathroom.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 3 meters 1.50 deep.

NOTE: A short stay fee of 5,000 TL is requested for stays under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Pearl is 7,500 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your check-in and will be returned to you when you leave. According to the terms of refund of your deposit, there should be no breakage, damage or missing items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, breakage or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time is determined as 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning in each villa. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
