Villa Pattimo is a modern and stylish holiday villa located in the Kızıltaş region of Kalkan. With 3 bedrooms and accommodation for up to 6 guests, it is ideal for families and groups of friends.

Villa Pattimo can also be rented together with its sister villas, Villa Piazza and Villa Palmi, increasing the total accommodation capacity to 18 guests. This makes it an excellent choice for larger groups and extended families.

The villa offers both sea and nature views, allowing guests to enjoy breathtaking scenery throughout the day. Its modern interior design and carefully selected furnishings provide a comfortable and relaxing holiday experience.

The spacious pool terrace includes a private swimming pool, garden seating group, sun loungers, sun umbrella, and swing. The villa also features a private indoor parking area.

Located within walking distance of markets, florists, and butcher shops, Villa Pattimo offers both convenience and comfort for an unforgettable Kalkan holiday.

Kitchen : There is an American kitchen with modern lines. Everything you need in this kitchen is at hand. You can easily reach many kitchen appliances such as refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, dinnerware.

Living Room : In this very comfortable living room, you can access facilities such as a TV, coffee table, air conditioner, together with a luxury sitting group. There is also an exit to the pool terrace.

Note :  6.000 TL cleaning fee is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for  Villa Pattimo is 10,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Entry and Exit Information : Our guest entry hours to our villas are determined as 16.00. Our guest check-out time from our villas is 10:00 in the morning. We kindly ask you to make your plans according to the specified hours. For our guests who will come after you, our villa is cleaned and delivered in detail.

Transportation : Our villas are located far from the city center, in a structure intertwined with nature. In this situation, unfortunately, public transportation service support cannot be provided to the location of our villas. Our sales consultants are ready to support our guests who want to transfer or rent a car. For our guests who will prefer the airline, the closest airport to the location of our villas is the Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our consultants share location information for our guests who come with their private vehicles.
