Villa Patika 6 is located in the Kördere region, one of the uniquely beautiful centers of Antalya Kalkan. This villa with 1 bedroom can accommodate 2 people. Our villa’s room has a sea view and you can watch the blue and red of the sky. It is decorated with modern, stylish and comfortable items.

Kitchen: There is an American kitchen with modern lines. Everything you need is at your fingertips in this kitchen. You can easily reach many kitchen appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, dinner sets.

Living Room: In this very comfortable living room, you can access amenities such as a TV, coffee table, air conditioning, along with a luxurious seating group. It also has an exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 5 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Note: A cleaning fee of 2,000 TL is requested for stays under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit fee for Villa Patika 6 is 3,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be re-allocated to you when you check-out. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Entry and Exit Information: Our guest check-in hours for our villas are determined as 16:00. Our guest check-out time from our villas is 10:00 in the morning. We kindly ask you to make your plans according to the specified hours. Our villa is cleaned in detail and delivered for our guests who will come after you.

Transportation: Our villas are located far from the city center and in a structure surrounded by nature. Unfortunately, this situation does not provide public transportation service to the location of our villas. Our sales consultants are ready to provide support for our guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer. For our guests who prefer air transportation, the closest airport to the location of our villas is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our consultants share location information for our guests who come with their private vehicles.
