Villa Paradise 

Villa Paradise is a luxurious and private holiday villa located in the peaceful Islamlar area of Kalkan, offering 2 bedrooms and accommodation for up to 4 guests. Surrounded by nature, it is an ideal choice for those seeking a tranquil and secluded getaway.

From the villa’s large windows and its private infinity pool, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the lush green nature of Islamlar. The spacious pool terrace provides the perfect setting to relax and witness unforgettable sunsets.

Designed with comfort and luxury in mind, the villa features a private Turkish bath (hammam), sauna, and fitness equipment. Additionally, one of the bedrooms includes a jacuzzi, adding an extra touch of indulgence to your stay.

With its conservative and secluded design, Villa Paradise ensures complete privacy, making it a perfect choice for honeymoon couples and small families.

Kitchen: There is an American kitchen with nature view. It includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in 4-stove, oven, pan and pot set, kettle electric kettle, 4-person dinner set, cutlery, water and tea glass set and toaster.

Living Room: Villa Paradise has a lounge with nature and mountain views. The living room has a modern and comfortable sitting set, air conditioner, TV, satellite receiver and modem for internet, 6-person dining table and WC / sink. There is an exit from the lounge to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, air conditioning and TV. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, air conditioning and TV. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions

It is 10.5 Meters X 3.5 Meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 8,500 TL will be charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for the villa is 10.000 TL  Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, lost or broken items in the villa during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready at 16:00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
