Nestled in nature and located in the peaceful Sarıbelen area of Kalkan, Villa Panni is a secluded 1-bedroom holiday villa ideal for honeymooners and couples seeking privacy and relaxation. The villa accommodates 2 guests and offers a tranquil retreat away from the noise of the city.

In the villa’s spacious and private garden, you will find a swimming pool, sun loungers, a cozy seating area, a dining table, and a barbecue. Inside, the villa features a modern design and a jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Villa Panni is designed to offer comfort and serenity in a natural setting.

Kitchen: The fully equipped modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living room: Designed for your comfort, the living room has a seating group, TV, air conditioning, coffee table and DVD player.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 9 meters x 3.5 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 3,000 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa Panni is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
