Villa Overseas is an ultra-luxury villa located in Kalkan, Antalya’s popular holiday resort, with impressive views of Kalamar Bay. This modern villa, completed in 2023, attracts attention with its most up-to-date color and design approach. Offering accommodation for a total of 12 people with 6 bedrooms, Villa Overseas offers its guests fascinating views of Kalkan from every room.

Located in one of the most beautiful spots of Kalamar Bay, Villa Overseas hosts an infinity pool with a more modern and aesthetic design, unlike traditional villa pools. This pool provides its guests with the opportunity to both cool off and enjoy the view.

The exterior of the villa is detailed with modern architectural lines and natural materials such as wood and stone. This design gives the villa a modern and nature-friendly appearance. Villa Overseas, together with its neighbor Villa Beverley Hills, offers a unique accommodation experience in the Kalamar area of Kalkan.

Kitchen : There is a fully equipped American kitchen in the villa, where you can find everything you need and all kitchen equipment. In the kitchen, there is everything that a kitchen should have, such as refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, water dispenser, kettle, toaster, dining table, cutlery. You can cook whatever you want in this kitchen without looking for an extra kitchen utensil.

Living Room : Our living room, which has been specially designed for our guests who care about their comfort, has facilities that will allow you to spend quality time such as a luxury sitting group, TV, and air conditioning. In addition, our hall has a unique view. This spacious hall also has an exit to the pool terrace.

Pool Dimensions : Contrary to classical pools, the pool in the villa is 18 meters x 7 meters wide and 1.70 meters deep.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Overseas is 10,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
