Villa Orya, whose construction has just been completed in the summer season of 2021, is located in Kalkan Islamlar Village. Villa Orya, which is located in nature, has 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 4 people, is a luxury rental holiday villa that combines simplicity and elegance. When you enter the house, all details have been considered for our guests to cook delicious meals, which are decorated with magnificent and luxurious furniture that combines simplicity and elegance, and also have a modern and spaciously designed kitchen. In the bedrooms, it is designed in a very modern way with the combination of brown tones and wood. You can enjoy the pool terrace in the magnificent nature, away from the city life, accompanied by the fragrant scent of nature. The sides of the pool terrace are sheltered and at the same time, Villa Orya, which has a curtain system in front of the pool, offers nature and partial sea views when the pool front is left open. Villa Orya is an ideal option for our honeymoon couples and small nuclear families for a wonderful holiday. You can increase the accommodation capacity to 8 people by renting Villa Orya together with its neighbor Villa Orya Due.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, designed with the latest technological kitchen equipment, includes cooking, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, microwave oven, 4-burner stove, oven, electric kettle, dinnerware, pans and pots, cutlery and cutlery.

Living Room: In the comfortable and modern designed living room, there is a luxurious sitting group, air conditioning, HD-smart TV and satellite receiver, and wireless internet. There is an exit to the pool terrace of the hall.

1.Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioner, LCD TV, nightstand, jacuzzi and bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioner, LCD TV, bedside table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 9 meters X 3.5 meters wide, 1.60 meters deep.

Garden   The private pool is sheltered and not visible from the outside. In the garden area, there are 4 sun loungers and dining table and chairs, a garden sitting group, and a barbecue.

Maintenance: The maintenance of the pool and garden in our villa is done once a day, in the morning or in the evening, by the officers who take care of the villa.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Orya is 3.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken when you enter the villa and is returned when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, lost or broken goods in the villa during the period of use. You can make current exchange rates in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you wait in your room so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Public transportation service cannot be provided to the city center of our villas. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can be supported by being a sales consultant. For our guests who prefer the airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share information and routes for our guests who can be reached by private vehicle.
