Located in Bezirgan, a village distinguished by its natural beauty, Villa Ortaç 5 is a luxury rental villa designed for guests seeking a getaway from the stresses of city life. With its quiet and peaceful surroundings, this villa offers accommodation for up to four guests in two bedrooms.
The secluded pool terrace is not visible from the outside, allowing guests seeking privacy, especially discerning families and honeymooners, to spend their time comfortably. The indoor Turkish bath, sauna, and jacuzzi are exclusive spaces where you can unwind from all your year-round stress and enjoy all year round. With its spacious and airy interior, modern decor, and natural views, Villa Ortaç 5 combines all the elements of a quality holiday. For larger families and groups of friends, it can be rented together with Ortaç 1, Ortaç 2, Ortaç 3, Ortaç 4, and Ortaç 6.

Kitchen: The American-style kitchen, where you can enjoy your meals, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware, pots and pans, coffee and water glasses.

Living Room: The living room of our villa, carefully decorated for your comfort, features a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, and air conditioning. The living room has access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 3.5 meters wide and 1.55 meters deep.

Note: A short-stay fee of 4,500 TL is charged for stays under 7 nights.

Our villa also has a generator to protect against potential power outages.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Ortaç 5 is 5000 TL. This deposit will be collected before your arrival and refunded upon departure. According to the deposit refund policy, the villa must be free of any broken, damaged, or missing items during your stay. Otherwise, we will deduct the cost of any damage, broken, or missing items from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros, based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so our dedicated cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for the next guests. Villas are delivered ready for arrival at 4:00 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation is not available. Guests who wish to arrange a paid transfer or rent a car can contact our sales consultants for assistance. For guests traveling by air, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants can provide location information and directions for guests traveling by private vehicle.
