Villa Ortaç 1

Villa Ortaç 1 is a single-storey, modern villa located in the peaceful Bezirgan area of Kalkan. With 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 5 guests, it is an ideal choice for families or groups seeking privacy and tranquility.

The fully enclosed garden offers a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasol, swing, outdoor seating, dining area and BBQ. Surrounded by nature and birdsong, it’s a perfect setting for relaxing with loved ones. One of the bedrooms features an indoor pool for extra comfort and relaxation.

Villa Ortaç 1 is ideal for families and friend groups who value privacy. For larger groups, Villa Ortaç 2, 3 and 4 can also be rented together.

Kitchen: The spacious and bright American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, cooking utensils, kitchen equipment and dinnerware.

Living Room: The living room, which is furnished with a luxurious seating group where you can sit comfortably, has satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet and air conditioning. There is a large glass sliding door that can be accessed from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is a double suite bed, nightstand, wardrobe, make-up table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There is a double bed, a single bed, a nightstand, a wardrobe, a make-up table, air conditioning, a bathroom and a toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters X 3.5 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Note : A short stay fee of 4.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

There is a generator in our villa against possible power cuts.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Ortaç 1 is 5.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
