Villa Orion House is a 6-bedroom rental villa with a capacity of 12 people, located in Kalkan Kördere Region. Villa Orion House, which has a very large design, includes a pool and garden terrace, tennis court, table tennis, billiards table, table football, jogging bike, Turkish bath and sauna. It is a very suitable choice for large families and large groups of friends.

Kitchen: The fully equipped and modern designed kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, dining table and chairs.

Living Room: The living room of our villa includes a seating group, TV, satellite receiver, air conditioner, coffee table and wireless modem.

4. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioner. There is a private bathroom.

5. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand and air conditioner. There is a private bathroom.

6. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioner.

Pool Dimensions: 11.5 meters X 4 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

Note : A short stay fee of 5.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Pool heating fee is 1.000 TL per day.

Deposit Procedure: Deposit fee requested for Villa Orion House is 5.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The arrival time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
