Ideal for nuclear families and groups of friends, our villa offers its guests a unique accommodation experience in touch with nature.

Dazzling with its stone architecture, Villa Oran has a spacious structure that opens to the pool terrace from every room. Details that will add pleasure to your holiday have been considered with its large swimming pool, jacuzzi and barbecue area. In addition, all the kitchenware you need are completely available in our villa.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which captures modernity with its white cabinets, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, dining table, dinner set and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room, where you can spend pleasant times with your loved ones, has a comfortable seating group, TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: The room has a double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. This room has a nature view and access to the pool terrace.

2nd Bedroom: The room has 2 single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet. There is a glass sliding door connecting to the pool terrace.

Pool Dimensions: The villa has a very large pool and the pool dimensions are 12 meters x 4 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 3,000 TL is requested for accommodations under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Oran is 3,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be returned to you when you check out. According to the terms of your deposit refund, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
