Kitchen: Our American kitchen, which is designed in a modern and complete way, has a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, microwave oven, 4-burner stove, oven, electric kettle, dinnerware, pans and pots, cutlery.

Living Room: The modern and very comfortable living room has a comfortable and luxurious seating area, air conditioning, HD-smart TV and satellite receiver, and wireless internet. You can easily go to the pool terrace from the living room.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, air conditioning, nightstand, jacuzzi and bathroom and toilet.

Note: A 2,500 TL Short Stay fee is requested for rentals under 7 nights.

Maintenance: Pool and garden maintenance in our villa is done once a day, in the morning or evening, by the staff who look after the villa.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Opuntia is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be returned to you when you leave. According to the terms of refund of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, breakage or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time is determined as 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning in each villa. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
