Villa Olives, Villa Olives, located in Kas Sisla Region, designed as a modern house in nature with a 2-bedroom accommodation capacity for 5 people, has a sea view with its pool terrace and garden accompanied by nature views. Our villa is only 12 km from the center of Kas.

Kitchen: In the American kitchen section, there is an electric oven, an electric kettle, a dishwasher, a stovetop, a microwave oven, a large refrigerator and a washing machine.

Living Room : The modern and comfortable living room has a dining table for 4 people, a seating group and an LCD TV.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 Double Bed, Air Conditioner, Wardrobe, Nightstand, Makeup Table, Bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: There are 3 Single Beds, Air Conditioner, Wardrobe, Nightstand, Makeup Table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters X 3.5 meters, 1.35 meters deep.

NOTE : A short stay fee of 3.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Olives is 2.500 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time in each of our villas is determined as 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
