You can watch the unique sea view uninterruptedly on the terrace of our villa and have dinner with your loved ones accompanied by the sunset. Note: A short stay fee of 10,000 TL is requested for stays under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Old Town Arden is 15,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be re-allocated to you when you check-out. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time is determined as 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning in each villa. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered to our new guests ready at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air transportation, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
