Villa Odakhan is a private honeymoon villa located in the Kördere region, distinguished by its conservative concept. Situated in one of Kalkan’s tranquil areas surrounded by nature, the villa, with its capacity to accommodate 4 people, is frequently preferred by both honeymoon couples and conservative families.

Thanks to the villa’s conservative structure, the pool and terrace area are completely invisible from the outside, thus offering guests complete privacy and comfort.

Located in nature, Villa Odakhan has a tranquil atmosphere where you can feel every shade of green. Waking up to the sound of birds in the morning, breathing in the clean air, and having breakfast surrounded by nature in the garden will help you leave all the year’s fatigue behind. NOTE: THERE IS A STAIRCASE AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE VILLA.

Kitchen: Features a fully equipped modern American-style kitchen including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: Features a spacious living room with a view, designed for your comfort. This spacious living room includes a luxurious seating group, TV, air conditioning, coffee table, and DVD player. There is access to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: Includes one double bed, balcony, wardrobe, bedside table, jacuzzi, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: Includes two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 5.8 meters x 3.8 meters wide, 1.45 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 4,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Odakhan is 5,000 TL. This amount will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are ready for our new guests to check in at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation is not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will share location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
