Located in the nature-infused İslamlar Village of Kalkan, Villa Nur is a special villa offering a peaceful holiday with its stone architecture and sheltered structure. Our villa, which has 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 4 people, is a perfect accommodation option for couples and families.

Villa Nur, which has a magnificent sea view, has an ideal atmosphere for our guests who want to have a quiet and peaceful holiday away from the noise of the city. Thanks to its sheltered pool, it is specially designed for conservative families and guests who want to have a holiday away from the eyes.

In addition, our villa, which is equipped with a closed garage considering the comfort of our guests, offers a safe holiday experience.

Kitchen: The kitchen of our villa, which has a wooden theme, is one of the kitchen types we call American type. There are all kinds of tools and equipment you may need in the kitchen. There are many kitchen equipment such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, as well as dinnerware.

Living Room: The living room has a magnificent seating area and items such as TV, air conditioning, coffee table, etc. with a wonderful view.

Bedroom 1: The room has a double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet. This room with a nature view has access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 2: The room has 2 single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet. It has a glass sliding door connecting to the pool terrace.

Pool Dimensions: 12 Meters X 4.50 Meters, 1.55 Meters deep.

Children’s Pool Dimensions: 3.5 Meters X 2 Meters, 0.50 Meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 2,500 TL is requested for accommodations under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit amount for Villa Nur İslamlar is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your check-in and will be re-allocated to you when you check-out. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, the new guest check-in time is determined as 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who use private vehicles.
