Villa Nur 1 is a private honeymoon villa with a conservative concept, located in the peaceful İslamlar Village area of Kalkan. Surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery, the villa offers a tranquil retreat away from the noise and stress of city life.

With two bedrooms and accommodation for up to four guests, Villa Nur 1 is suitable for honeymoon couples as well as small families. The interior of the villa is furnished with modern and comfortable furniture, ensuring a relaxing and pleasant stay. Every detail has been carefully designed to meet the needs of guests.

One of the villa’s standout features is its heated indoor swimming pool, which allows for year-round accommodation, including the winter season. Thanks to the fully secluded pool terrace, the villa is especially ideal for conservative families and guests seeking complete privacy during their holiday.

Kitchen : There is a modern kitchen. This modern kitchen has all the equipment you need. In the kitchen, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in oven, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, pots, pans, glasses, dinnerware, cutlery, dining table and chairs.

Living Room: It has a modern and spacious living room. There is a stylish and luxurious sofa set in which you can sit comfortably, TV, air conditioning, satellite receiver and internet.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, vanity table, wardrobe, jacuzzi and bathroom toilet.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe and bathroom toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 9 meters X 3.70 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

Children’s Pool Dimensions: It is 2.40 meters X 2 meters wide. It is 0.40 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: It is 4.5 meters X 3 meters wide and 1.30 meters deep.

NOTE : Pool heating is not included in the villa price and costs 1,500 TL per day.

For stays of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 4.000 TL is charged.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Nur 1 is 5.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
