Villa Nuka Loft is a special honeymoon villa with 1 bedroom and 2-person accommodation located in the eye-catching Kördere area of ​​Kalkan. Our villa, meticulously decorated with modern details, offers a romantic holiday experience accompanied by a magnificent sea view.

Ideal for conservative couples with its completely secluded pool and pool terrace, Villa Nuka Loft is designed so that you can live your private space with peace of mind. In addition, thanks to the projection system on the pool terrace, you can enjoy a movie outdoors accompanied by a sea view.

With its heated indoor pool, Villa Nuka Loft offers a comfortable holiday opportunity in every season of the year, and all you have to do is enjoy peaceful and unforgettable moments.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which will be like the kitchen of your home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room has a modern and luxurious design and includes a comfortable seating area, TV, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, nightstand, dressing table, jacuzzi, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 6.5 meters x 3 meters, 1.60 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 4 meters x 2 meters, 1.20 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 2,500 TL is requested for accommodations under 7 nights.

There is a heating system in the indoor pool of our villa. It can be opened for 1,200 TL per day upon request.

The last 200 meters of the road to our villa is a steep slope.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit for Villa Nuka Loft is 4,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your check-in and will be re-allocated to you when you check-out. According to the terms of your deposit refund, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, the new guest check-in time is determined as 16:00 and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
